Hi, I’m Tayler! I’m a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating. I work with individuals who are ready to break free from diet culture, release food guilt, and develop a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. My approach is trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and deeply personalized to meet your unique needs.

My philosophy is simple: all foods have a place, and health is not defined by weight or appearance. Every body is unique — and so is the path to well-being. I offer compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling for individuals navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and disordered eating. Rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and a weight-neutral, non-diet approach, we’ll work together to explore and improve your relationship with food and body, with the goal of fostering greater trust, self-compassion, and food freedom.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Alabama, along with a comprehensive 1200-hour dietetic internship. My education and clinical training have equipped me with the tools to help clients overcome eating challenges and thrive in recovery.

When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me reading a good book, experimenting with sourdough recipes (my current favorite is a strawberry white chocolate chip loaf!), thrifting and antiquing, or exploring the beauty of New England. As a recent transplant to New Hampshire, I’m loving the opportunity to discover its many sights, museums, and restaurants.
